  I was there in summer 2016 and bought two pair of sneakers. One for me, and one for my son. This store delivered great service and cheap prices.

  She looked at the visible stitching loosening and she said "it is stitched from behind also, so even though it looks like the stitching is unraveling, it won't ACTUALLY pull apart because of the additional stitching from behind"... OK... so let me get this straight... as a consumer, I'm expected to be satisfied with a product if it is falling apart only a little bit after minimal use?... I don't think so. I will NEVER buy anything else from New Balance EVER AGAIN.

  I'm not making a big deal because of a backpack that cost around $65 after tax, it is more the principle of how poor customer service was. When deciding on a line of footwear or outerwear, I would scratch New Balance off the list. Other companies stand behind their products and strive to achieve customer satisfaction. I'd choose one of them instead.

  I wish I could give my experience zero stars, but it would not let me. Around Christmas I purchased a backpack for $55.99. It was bright pink and looked great. I am not a student. I used the backpack for work... I would put my stethoscope, wallet, pens and pencils, and my agenda in it. After 3 weeks (used to go to work 11 times) the zipper started to stick and started to pull apart unless I guide it with my other hand. It also appeared to be unraveling. I took the backpack into the store... the associate appeared empathetic to my situation at first, and assured me they never have problems with their merchandise. The empathy ended there.

  She told me they couldn't do exchanges or returns from anything around Christmas (but she did have another bag the exact same in their stock). I told her I wasn't after a refund, I loved the bag and was hoping they could replace it, as it was defective.

  Came here about a week ago to buy a new pair of running shoes, after comparing two different pairs and not being sure which one to buy, Delroy came over to help. He was very helpful and informative about which pair of shoes to et and which pair would be better suited for me. He even offered his personal opinion about show style and colour and what would look best with my running gear. I would recommend anyone coming here, not just for the savings, but also for their great service!

  Had issues with a new pair of shoes I'd purchased in London, On. Brought them in and the manager (Christina I think her name was) helped me big time in exchanging them, and because of this being a corporate store I manged to get two pairs for $35 more than the original pair I'd bought. Definitely will come back for that service alone.
