    Was expressing how another customer was being extremely rude. The employee I was talking to said to her coworker that I said that everyone there was an *sshole (I just said that one woman). The coworker she talked to said that I was the only *sshole without even knowing the situation

    Floor and fitting room staff could use additional training. 2 associates walked right by and carried on with personal conversation,after I'd asked for help. If you want to shop at old navy go to the pen center or online as you probably won't be ignored. Miserable experience, will not return.
