    In store attendants are USELESS (at least in mens section) I was trying to find my size for 5min there were two guys in front of me(believe one was Eric), instead of asking if I need a help, they were just laughing and photographing a dog.....as well quality of clothing is DIFFERENT from quality you can get in non-outlet stores.

    Poor customer service. The guy with the beard and glasses... very rude! Suggested I shop at Old Navy because it was cheaper. Lol. It wasn't a pricing issue ... It was a selection issue. I was forced to give it a one star in order to post this. Do not go to this store......

    We were at this mall with friends and i have always liked Banana Republic. Wanted to buy suit/pant sets and i found some real good deals. I bought 2 pairs and they cost me 300.00 nett inclusive of taxes. Great deal ! and the staff were never too busy to help a customer - my kind of place
