  Friendly staff. Decent rental rates. They offer 3-hour and full day rentals as well as multi-day. All bike rentals come with lock and key as well as storage bag. They provide you with a map of the area, showing where all the wineries and historic sites are. They do close relatively early at 7pm, but most wineries in the area close at 6pm anyway. I did the 3-hour bike rental and was only able to hit up four wineries, spending about 15 minutes in each.

  I blew my bicycle tire in beweent Queenston & Niagara On The Lake had a good size nail in my tire with no choice I had to turn to Google to find the nearest bicycle shop, I found Zoom Leisure gave them a call to see if they sold tubes and they did however I was a 2.5 hour walk from the location I explained where I was the associate i talked to was more then happy to help he started to exploring options he asked for my phone number after brief time he called me back said one of his employees was going home, he lived in Niagara falls he was going my way I explained I have money on me but no change just 20 dollars he said don't worry about it he supplied me with a tube and a pump i later returned to the shop the tube was only $7.50. I wish I could give this business 10 stars very helpful they're true cyclists at heart to help me like this.

  I rented two bikes with my 12 year-old son for the whole day - we did not get a tour package. Staff very patient and answers all our questions and gave tips on how to maximize our enjoyment of our bike rides. The most surprising thing was when we returned our bikes after about 4 hours, staff offered to refund the difference between full-day and half-day fee for us citing that we only used it for 1/2 the day. I indicated that we're find leaving things as is as the full-day package was what we chose however, staff insisted that they will give us the refund.

  Easy booking process and friendly staff. Though, they didn't seem very concerned that I spent a whole day riding a hybrid bike that did not shift gears properly. The shifting was not smooth and I was stuck on one gear riding through various elevations which required proper gear shifts. I recommend trying all gears before riding away from the rental. Not all of their hybrid bikes are equal.

  Rented bikes on a Friday afternoon. The check in and out was quick and easy, our bikes were adjusted to what we needed. They gave us maps and off we went. Niagara has the best biking paths. Its so scenic. You will not find anywhere else as beautiful to ride. We were lucky on a Friday afternoon it was not busy and we had the place to ourselves. Im not sure what its like on the weekends but I can only imagine how busy it would be. The bikes are very good bikes and in good condition. Worth the rent. I would definitely rent again from them.
