  I recently purchased a stove online, which refers me to the Niagara on the Lake store.... the website indicated my stove would be delivered in 5 days. upon calling the store to set up removal of the old one i was told that the unit was back-ordered and would be 4 to 6 weeks... well that wouldn't work we bought the stove from Leon's for the delivery date offered. Spoke to the store and was told yeah the website isn't accurate wish they didn't do that. i was beyond frustrated and ready to blow. luckily i was passed on to Frank. Frank is 100% the reason i will shop at Leon's again, he was able to get me a higher level model and worked out a reasonable deal with me to upgrade to the stove which could be delivered within 2 days... Had Frank not gotten involved I would still be without a stove and Leon's would be getting negative stars if possible.

  I bought a matress and box from here over the boxing week sale. I am a student with a tumor in my back and was looking for a comfortable bed. Natasha was extremely condescending to me and made very rude remarks regarding my budget for my mattress. My friends were with me and were appalled by her attitude and remarks. I still went ahead and bought the bed presuming that would be the end of it. Natasha had told me before the purchase that I would get free pillows. I was never given the pillows that day. She also never mentioned I could not exchange the bed without a health protector. I hastily bought a very expensive bed despite the terrible service I received. Now the store won’t let me exchange the bed even though it is terrible for my back. Very disappointing. We do not recommend this location or Natasha.

  Be wary of the warranty. I paid almost 1500 for a leather sectional and got warranty. One of the springs broke and warranty only covers leather? Very dissatisfied with the quality and service was horrible. I only had couch 2 yrs. Lost a customer for life. Lucky I gave them one star.

  VERY friendly service. Dealt with a shorter woman (I think her name was Patti/Peggy?) She was very helpful and explained all of my options and explained my warranty options in depth. Felt like dealing with an old friend and really made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase

  Absolutely brutal customer service. They don't stand behind their warranties. Would never recommend anyone to shop there. Natasha was fantastic. Customer service was a joke. Zucora is garbage as well. Constant run around with them even though it's stats in their warranty and they don't follow through. Waste of time!!!
